ATTENTION SCUDDER PARENTS
If you HAVE NOT enrolled your new student online
if you HAVE NOT verified your returning student’s information online through Family Access
If you HAVE NOT turned in all required documents for your student(s)
Scudder Primary will have extended evening hours on Thursday April 20, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00pm in our computer lab to enroll new students online, verify returning student information online and or collect and make copies of required documents.
A student will not be permitted to start school and will not be placed in a class until ALL required documentation is received, new student enrollment and or returning student verification has been completed online.
- State issued Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residence in form of a current utility bill (gas, water, PEC and or trash service) or current lease, deed or contract.
- Immunization records
- Social Security Card
- Proof of income for qualifying families for ½ day pre-k program
